Climate change is not a problem for the future – it is a problem for now. We all need to work together and act fast to save our planet, and the wildlife that exists around the world.
The latest scientific evidence suggests that as climate change worsens, a virus, that has previously only been found in European waters, is starting to spread worldwide – especially to the Artic. The virus is phocine distemper virus (PDV) and can be deadly for our marine mammals.
Marine mammals include seals, sealions, walrus and manatees.
